Extremely disappointed in the interview process. I was initially tasked with submitting a questionnaire, in which I spent a good deal of time time writing well-articulated responses. Upon completion I was told that my responses looked good, so they then required me to do a take-home assignment involving John Conway's Game of Life. After I submitted I was again told that my solution looked great, and that they wanted to proceed with a mob coding session with multiple team members, but given how full their schedules were, they were scheduling interviews a month out. Obviously not an ideal timeline for many reasons, but understood. Then at 7:45 PM on a Friday, just 4 days from the scheduled interview, that I had waited over 3 weeks for, I received an email stating that they had filled the position, and were cancelling my interview. Very disappointing.
