Decent. Met with two executive leaders (individually) on the first visit. I was called back for a second interview with another one of the executives. A final meeting was set up at an offsite location and an offer was made. Meeting with several individuals was common practice at this company and I felt a relatively relaxed style during the process. Felt like a decent place to work based on the way the interviews were conducted. There was a personal touch.

This process was quite smooth. Interviewed with four executives and the on boarding / drug test, etc. had a good flow. New Hire orientation was also appreciated.
