Entrevista
I arrived 15 minutes early. My interview was scheduled for 12:45 p.m. The secretary informed the manager that I had arrived and was waiting. The manager didn't bother showing up until 1:15 p.m. After recounting my experience to a friend, he remarked that the manager does this to everyone. That speaks volumes about his character. He won't respect your time. I had to knock on his office door, and he let me know that I had an interview scheduled and it's already 20 minutes due. He was like "I was busy." During the interview, he asked me about my work experience which coincides with my reliability. I took 4 years off to focus on school. It is worth noting that I hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting (I attended classes, studied for hours every day, managed to take multiple subjects simultaneously which shows I know how to manage my time, completed assignments, participated in projects, and passed rigorous exams), whereas this man interviewed me 30 minutes late and justified it with a vague "I was busy." Throughout the interview, I was constantly interviewed by staff walking in and disrupting me. I found it ironic, but I remained calm. I left the interview thinking: if he isn't capable of managing his time effectively or respecting his interviewees, how will he treat his employees, and how will he run the business? Does he pay his employees on time? Does he communicate with them and listen to their concerns? He is definitely a red flag. I left feeling disrespected and directed that energy to the gym.

I would classify the interview are very difficult because the manager would have you wait past your interview time. He does not respect your time.
