The interview process was a balanced mix of behavioral and technical components. On the behavioral side, I was asked to reflect on past experiences, highlight teamwork and leadership skills, and show how I approach challenges. The technical portion tested my understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals, including valuation methods, industry knowledge, and problem-solving under pressure. Together, the process not only assessed my technical proficiency but also evaluated my communication, adaptability, and ability to think critically in different situations.
