It's a phone interview. The QA Director is very nice. He jumped right away into the technical questions. Some I know and some I didn't. After like twenty minutes, he asked about my background and works. He is nice to let me talk about my projects that I did from previous companies. At the end he asked me if I have some questions for him about the company and schedule with me a coding interview for next week.
