All hiring went through the main recruiter for the company. First phone screening chat, then first round online interview with junior staff. The first round was very relaxed and people were friendly. Second round was in person and given the presentation exercise of a scientific topic. This was challenging but also interesting and followed up by scientific discussion. The area of work seems very fast paced but very innovative. Interview went very well and the junior and senior panel members asked tough but relevant questions, not that many HR questions luckily. I was told I’d hear within a week, I followed up with the recruiter who said they would be in touch. I followed up a week later and received no reply. I have never had a formal response from the company despite taking a day of work to interview and spending days completing the interview exercise. I would recommend reaching out to a company employee, as dealing with the company recruiter was not a good experience.
