CEO made me cry after 15 min interview... I only applied to this company for interview practice and my phone call with Conall (the CEO) was the worst interview experience of my life. It sounded like he was in a bad mood the whole time. Right away he attacked me for my past job choices. Not once did he ask "so tell me about yourself" to let me explain my career path. He said my resume was "all over the place"... sorry that I held two jobs and an internship in college?? Since when is that a bad thing? He also judged me for leaving my last job (that I held for over two years) and assumed I just left all my past jobs. The reason I didn't return to my past jobs were because I GOT A DEGREE AND WAS OVERQUALIFIED. He was very condescending and hardly let me speak, and even laughed at one of my answers once. I felt like I was being roasted rather than interviewed. I held myself back from crying during the interview but bawled when it was over. I would never work for him.
