About a week after filling out the online application which requires completing a basic coding problem (FizzBuzz) I was sent an online form with technical and architecture questions. A few days later I was contacted to schedule a Google Hangout interview with two developers. This interview was almost entirely technical and included questions on PHP, MySQL, and some design problems. I felt the questions were mostly things that could have been answered in 10 seconds on Google and didn't really expose real-world experience.
