      Entrevista

      When I submitted my application, they were very prompt in contact and scheduled my first phone interview with the HR staff immediately. The position was a bit in limbo at the time as far as time frame, but the HR team kept in contact and updated me several times over a few weeks. I then interviewed with the manager I would be reporting to, and instantly was drawn to the culture she was describing, and could definitely see myself being very happy to be on her team. I interviewed with the director of the department a few days later, who was also just fantastic. The entire process was very positive, and I felt the conversations were productive and valuable for the team and position-- none of the stereotypical questions like "what are your strengths," etc. which I don't feel are super helpful when evaluating a job/candidate. I definitely felt comfortable accepting the position the following week when I received the offer, and the team that I interviewed with are just as great to work with as I thought they would be!
