I originally applied for landfill heavy equipment operator and I was declined the position via email about a week later a gentlemen contacted me telling me he had another opportunity for me that was similar. I accepted the interview and it went well. There was two parts to it. The first was with the fleet maintenance supervisor and hr manager. Next was with the supervisor again and it was a technical test to see if I could actually operator heavy equipment.
