I was interviewed by the customer service supervisor who called me the next day and offered me the position. I was not offered a tour of the facility, I would have run screaming if I had seen the conditions, the conference room we were in was shabby but not too horrendous.

In person interview was informal. Had a lengthy discussion around my background and talked about the job and requirements. They eventually gave me notice that I was removed from consideration about 10 days later.

What was the sales process like at your previous job.
They start you with a phone screening once that’s happened you go ahead and interview in person I had to interview with two people and then once that happened they calll you after a week to tell you if you received the job or not
