Entrevista
I had a first intro chat, then directly technical interview (very lean) and a final interview with HR. The technical interview was done via Skype directly with a senior manager who also had a very strong technical background (something I really appreciated). The HR interview was in person at the headquarter in Milan, it took half day, and went trough all the usual HR processes - very smooth process though.

About my previous working experience, a few technical questions about the role, very lean and smooth interview process
It was a friendly and relaxed first round HR interview with a very welcoming atmosphere. The conversation was not difficult, and the interviewer made a clear effort to create a comfortable environment, which helped me speak openly and feel at ease throughout the entire conversation.
Il primo colloquio è con le risorse umane (generico, introduttivo). Successivamente viene proposto un colloquio conoscitivo dove vengono chieste le esperienze accademiche e i progetti svolti. Il tutto termina con un colloquio tecnico.

Quali progetti svolti sono inerenti alla posizione per cui ti stai candidando?
Domande standard su percorso di studi ed interessi, più alcune domande di logica. Il colloquio è stato condotto dal responsabile del team sotto cui sarei poi andato a lavorare. Come primo colloquio del processo di assunzione è abbastanza normale.
