So unprofessional, I spoke with the recruiter and she said she would move me to the next round which was a chat with the hiring manager. On the call we scheduled a call time for this round, but she never sent a confirmation email nor a calendar invite. I sent follow ups to ensure if everything was fine but didn't get a single response. It's totally fine to pass on candidates but to tell a candidate they are moving forward and just ghost them is unacceptable and negligent.
