An interview was carried out by a developer who wasn’t too sure how to conduct an interview. 90% of the questions he asked were about coding, which has nothing to do with the manual QA role he was interviewing me for. He also mentioned the company had just made a bunch of staff redundant which is a strange thing to mention in a interview.
