The entire interview process was long very extensive. The entire process took about a full month. The initial interview was with a Rep-Lite representative. They do the initial screening for the medical device companies they represent and if you meet the qualifications and they deem you a good fit, they forward your resume on to the medical device company they represent as an ideal candidate. I interviewed 6 times, 1 with a Rep-Lite and 5 with actual medical device company staff. Each interview I moved forward in, I spoke to a higher ranking individual in the company. Throughout the entire process, the Rep-Lite rep stayed with me and guided me through the entire process. I was given an interview prep guide for the company interviews and I was given a brief run down on who I was interviewing with along with some pointers. The Rep-Lite representative was incredibly helpful during the process; they were very professional and communication was excellent. I never had to wonder where I stood when it came to my interviews. They were encouraging and supportive throughout the process.
