Unprofessional. He saw my resume for the first time as we were talking. As it turns out, I was overqualified for the position. Had he taken the time to look, it would have saved us both some time. The interview lasted 5 minutes.
Impersonal process. Once I applied, I got an automated respond asking me to interview. Was asked to click on a link to pick an interview time. Options were from 2 days through 2 months, so are they always interviewing? How legitimate are these positions?
