My first interview was a technical interview, testing my general knowledge and key skills. There were a few hard questions but with the right amount of interview preparation, these questions can be answered. My second interview was face to face with the branch Team Leader and LOM. This was more to get an understanding of me as a person and to find out what I knew about the Field Biologist position.

The interview process went well. The interviewer asked about what was in the application form that I had previously filled out. I was able to answer well all the questions that had been given.

It was an interesting interview, with face to face session and also the site assessment. The site assessment is quite beneficial as a component for future interview session due to its applicability
