Multiple-rounds of interview. The interviewers were professional and the questions are suitable for the role. The process is clearly explained but it takes quite a while until I heard back with the offer.

Many questions about theories. They don't mind if you could do the job or have a lot experiences. No test about algorithm or leading skill, just asking theory. If you are a new graduate I believe you could answer the question and get the job offer.
