Very quick and got the job same day, they then did a quick background check. Very easy process and they asked me only a few questions. Anyone can do it

Very easy I think they would hire anyone who walked in the door no questions asked. They really just wanted to know that I could be counted on to show up and that is about it. Also I was told during the interview of other employees that we're not meeting quota we're going to be let go.
