My first interview went very well (or do I thought). It's another common case of a company recruiter ghosting candidates after they've been interviewed. I reached out to him twice and he just couldn't fine the time to tell me that I was no longer considered for the position. It's such a common thing these days, but companies should be called out when it happens.
