I applied to multiple roles, I had my second round interviews both times. Interviewing managers kept asking me the same questions (4 times) despite the fact that all my sessions were recorded and probably transcribed, clearly showing that they had no communication between them and did not prepare for the interviews. After 2 rounds completed for each role I received a general rejection email. I sent several follow ups to the recruiter asking for feedback... ghosted all times! I worked my last 10 years in recruitment so I saw both sides of the hiring process. This one so far was lacking transparency, communication was poor and will hurt company reputation on the long run.
