Take a look at the reviews by current/former Remoters and you will get rough idea of how management fails to retain business and egocentric co-founder who posts hourly on LinkedIn how wonderful the company is. They post roles all the time which puts up tons of red flags - their attrition rate very high leading candidates to question how viable the company is.
