Extremely unprofessional and racist. The Indian managers were more concerned with my nationality than the actual interview. I had to explain to them twice that I'm an EU citizen and I won't require a visa to work in Ireland yet they asked the recruiter to find out how I obtained my citizenship which seems strange. Even though I sent a copy of my EU passport to the recruiter over email, which is more than sufficient to prove my right to work in Ireland, the Indian recruiter asked me to arrange a call because she wanted an explanation as to how I obtained my citizenship, whether or not I lived in Europe, how many European countries I lived in. None of these queries were pertaining to the interview. It was less of an interview, more like an investigation, all of which comes under racism. I interviewed for multiple roles at various global companies and this is first time I had to explain to a recruiter about how I obtained my citizenship. Ultimately, these Indians managers came up with a lame feedback to reject me. The main reason being, they were jealous I could work anywhere across Europe without a visa, unlike them.

4 Interviews process, one with HR and the other with 3 compliance managers. basic behavioural type questions and almost one month for the overall process but the rejection feedback that gave was very vague or not satisfactory at all.
