First there was a phone screen followed by a technical assessment followed by a phone interview about the technical assessment. After the phone interview I did not hear back nor they did respond to a follow up email.

It was a pleasant process. Took about a month all told. Recruiter no-showed for the first call but rescheduled with me for later the week. Phone screen with the recruiter, ~45 minutes. Moved on to a zoom chat with the hiring manager, ~45 minutes. We had good rapport but unfortunately I got rejected a few days later because they were looking for people with more finance industry experience.
