I had multiple phone conversations with a recruiter here. Everything seemed to be going fine, I was excited about the prospect , and everything seemed to be going well. Communication suddenly stopped. I'm smart enough to know this means I didn't get the job, but it is pretty crappy for them to just suddenly cut off communication without any feedback or anything.
