Responded to online posting. Round-1 was a phone interview with the director. Round-2 was a zoom interview with the local manager, who lives a few hours away. Overall, positive experience.

Their questions were mainly about what I was looking for in a position because this job is different than anything I had done before. I think that they were trying to make sure I was a good fit for the company.
