Had an initial phone interview with a cultural focus. No questions were out of the ordinary. Focus on going through my resume and the projects I had completed.
After completing phone interview was sent a coding test that had to be completed within a couple days. They wanted me to keep track of the amount of time it took to complete each section.

Didn’t make it any further.
Sadly another company giving a time consuming, tedious take home that is more likely to determine who has the most spare time that they are willing to donate rather than who is the best fit. Found the challenge to be a bit much/overly challenging for the level of experience the role was asking for too. Nothing wrong with take homes but need to be more considerate of applicants time and scale down the requirements to fit. People have other jobs, families and interviews to deal with not just your coding challenge.

Entrevista
The interview was pleasant overall. I was interviewed by two people who were very friendly and we spoke about my experience.
I was asked to complete a take home coding test which went well.
The only negative I would take away from this is the lack of a response about the status of the application.
