I applied online, was looking for a full-time, well paying job that allowed me to make more in either tips or commission, I was not looking for a commission, D2D, B2B or Sales based job. Their HR manager called me about two days after I applied, she was so nice and answered all my questions. I've interviewed at A LOT of companies (out of choice), because I didnt like the other offers. I went in for an interview the next day. Honestly, the whole team that I met during the interviews were all amazing. The interviewer was really professional and inviting. It was a short, one on one interview about the company, both of our needs, and my experience. The office was nice, fun, inviting, lots of really cool things to do in the office! Everyone seemed to be having a great time! I was invited in for a 2nd interview, the next day because "they wanted to fill the position ASAP'. So I went in, it was about 2 hours long (at the most). The interviewer, broke down the job, biz, pay, etc. I was told it was NOT commission based, yet, hourly AND Commission (hourly wage is negotiable and not insulting to my experience and education!) Also, payday is every friday. I was offered and accepted a the position about a month 1/2 ago. They have held up to their end 100%, pay is great, people are great, the opportunity is great!
