A short phone call, remote test task, personal interview. I was not concerned about the recruiter organising abilities. :) She exchanged my interview workflow (I got same remote test two times...) After the interview, I got a negative response with " We are looking somebody who knows C# and Unity3D" ... great, I used Unity since 2014 with c# .. :)
