Applied on the website and was called within a day or two. Had a general interview with their recruiter then moved to their VP of Sales. They had a basic skills and personality test. Post these assessments I went to their office outside of Atlanta for a multi-panel interview with a number of people. I did get to spend some time speaking with the current sales team which was a great opportunity to see who you would be working with.

The interview was not so much filled with questions but was filled with statements of those doing the interview outline their success as individuals and as company (mostly financial remarks). Questions were all pretty standard.
