Initial phone interview, also online quiz before this step. Then once successful two face to face interviews with a brief tour of the building. Attention to detail is key in the business. Always dress business smart, best suit. Also if you notice marks on the walls, cups out of place, dirty desks something that looks bad. You could be asked about this in the interview such as what is wrong with this room.

It was very informal (i.e. no competency stuff) and only a 3 stage process. Telephone, then two face to face interviews with Line Manager and one other senior stakeholder. Ther feedback to my recruitment consultant came in very quickly after each stage.
