I filled out an online application when I heard they were hiring. Shortly after that, I was sent a test assessment via email (which was fairly easy). The test was simple addition and subtraction and multiple choice with a lot of questions testing on detail. After passing the test I received another email, this time requesting me to fill out addition information and give consent to a background check, which is in progress now so I'm hoping I get an interview and get the job!

Interviewer was prompt....Asked questions about goals, experience, Talked about onboarding and training. Asked about what my expectations were for the position. Pleasant interviewer, lasted about 30-45 minutes. Didn't feel that I had a chance when I left however. All employees were quite young.

zoom interview with the branch manager, then i had a telephone interview with a regional manager, followed by a final interview at the bank. most of the questions were typical interview questions, and the whole interview process lasted about 3 weeks.

Can you tell me about a time you managed a difficult client interaction?
The interview process was very seamless and easy. The interviewer was very down to earth and welcoming. He asked very good and challenging questions which kept me on my toes. We discussed my employment history and went over the job and its benefits. All in all I would say it was a pleasant experience.
