One interview with HR, mainly asked questions about past jobs and asked questions about my comfort with selling. About two weeks later I recieved an interview with the Hiring Manager. It was basically the same as the first interview.

Name a time when you lost your temper or threatened a customer?
Long interview. You feel like you did good and they never call back. I interviewed with multiple people and they asked a lot about job experience. Yet, no call back.

Applied for position online. Did an assessment test, personality quiz and math test. Then done 2 phone interviews, an office interview with management. Then did on site training at main branch for 30 days.

It was a straight forward and simple process. There were two interviews. Both of these were good experiences overall. The process took around 2-3 weeks before getting an official offer.
