I was interviewed three times. The first interview was with the associate in the HR department, the second interview was with an area manager, and the final interview was with the manager of the branch that had the open position. After the final interview, I was offered a position via phone call and sent an offer letter.

Take me through the steps of diffusing an irate customer who has entered the branch and is upset because they have received overdraft fees on their account.
Long interview. You feel like you did good and they never call back. I interviewed with multiple people and they asked a lot about job experience. Yet, no call back.

It was a straight forward and simple process. There were two interviews. Both of these were good experiences overall. The process took around 2-3 weeks before getting an official offer.
