I was referred by current employee. HR reached out and arranged a Skype "phone" interview with 2 hiring managers, then another 2 Skype virtual "on-site" interviews. The entire process took around 4 weeks. I was the finalist speaking with the higher management level, and the hiring team decided to postpone the entire process to August since they wanted to interview people physically "on-site". Why couldn't the entire recruiting team make your mind before initiating the recruitment process and not waste candidates' time? Very unprofessional and insolent.

8hr long full day interview with the ENTIRE team just to be considered. The people were generally nice though but not everyone was friendly. The entire process was long and tedious and is incredibly disappointing when there isn’t an offer. The worst part was the company’s HR talent acquisition completely ghosts you and doesn’t respond to a follow up email. You are left to wonder for a subsequent 2 weeks.
