It took multiple tries to schedule a phone screen with the recruiter, because she had so much difficulty navigating scheduling between two different time zones. At the end of our conversation, she asked me what my target salary was, and I asked if she had a range for the position that she could provide me. She responded that she had to ask HR and she'd get back to me, and then promptly ghosted me through multiple follow-ups.
