I submitted an application online and shortly afterward received an invitation for a virtual interview with the recruiter. The recruiter was very pleasant and asked questions about my background, skills, what I knew about the company, and why I wanted to work there. About a week later, the recruiter scheduled an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager was overall professional and brief. However, I sensed that the manager may have already had another candidate in mind before the interview. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but I feel the company lacked diversity among its employees.
