I had an interview with Senior HR, Packaging Supervisor, HR assistant. They asked questions about how would you handle a difficult employee, how I would apply what I learned from other companies to this job. If I were a team player. I told them what I expected for a salary. There was no negative reaction to the pay I wanted. I got a call from HR manager, the pay was much less than I was willing to take. When the HR manager did call I ask for an offer letter and was told they didn't do that. I was surprised at that statement. She called on a Friday and wanted my answer immediately. This throw up red flags for me. I declined the offer.
