Recruiter reached out requesting bunch of information and email containing PRE-SCREENING Interview which you have to submit before you are considered for interview. Recruiter was always active before i submitted those details. after submitting, i was ghosted by recruiter. he couldn't even tell that they didn't consider my profile or anything. VERY unprofessional and time wasters. get AWAY from them

The interview consists of several stages: a phone screen, a technical interview over Skype and an in-person interview with the team lead and HR. The questions are all pretty standard - Java knowledge, competencies, past projects, etc. There's an extra effort from the interviewers to get to know you as a person as they value their culture and are determined to find the right person for the team. Everyone was very friendly throughout and the whole process had a bit of an informal feel, so I felt completely at ease from beginning to end.
