Entire process was good up until the point where the Recruiter flat out ghosted me and didn't get back to me at all. It was pretty blatent and unprofessional by every consideration for a role that is in leadership.

I was pretty surprised that the interview went so well yet the recruiter decided to completely ghost me. Totally unprofessional and complete waste of time.
The positive: The interview process was easy and straightforward. Spoke with various individuals at the executive level, and enjoyed getting to know the company through them.
Big red flag: one of the VPs asked a few illegal questions that should never be asked of a prospective employee. She came out of her office to specifically ask me questions about by family/marital status, after having already completed my sit-down with her. I knew that this information would be used against me because my previous employer asked the same qualifier questions under the guise of "getting to know you", and got in trouble with the EEOC.
