The Interview Process consisted of 4 different interviews over 3 weeks. Each interview/meeting strategically set for both candidate and Redox to learn more about one another. A main take away throughout the entire process is, Redox, unlike any other candidate process I have been through, stresses the importance of potential employment being a mutual fit. They encourage you to interview the teams as they get to know you.
1st interview was with an integral member of the CS team.
2nd was with HR Management to fully and transparently discuss benefits/salary/current and ideal employment situations.
3rd was a cultural/values based meeting with employees of different teams to gain different perspectives.
4th was CSM skills presentation with hiring manager and CSM team.
Lastly, reference checks and final offer.
