Seamless process which consisted of 3 interviews including a case study and 2 psychometric tests. Redkite hiring team scheduled and managed the end to end process making it straightforward and easy to navigate. All 3 interviews had a blend of technical Master Data Management related questions with the case study focusing on the presentation of insights from a limited data set. Though this was specific to the role at hand and may vary for other opportunities. Overall great experience as I got to meet the co-founder and the team I would be joining without any hassle and unnecessary delays.
