Phone call with recruiter where we discussed the role and my background. I was told about the process and next steps and the was sent a candidate assessment. Was told I would next have a mock listing appointment with mock sellers.

3 phase interview process. First interview with recruiter was over the phone and was more basic. Second interview was with a team of three different managers. Last interview was with the same team of managers and was solely a role play.
