Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en RedShelf (Chicago, IL)
Entrevista
I applied initially with an email to the company and then I heard back a few days later for a phone screen. The head of product spoke with me on the phone screen. She had a solid set of questions, was great at answering my questions about the position, and she seemed interested to talk. About a week followed then they asked for an in person interview. The interview ended up being a longer talk with the same person where we went through more of the usual product questions and she explained more about what they're looking for. It was clear that while they are interested in someone with product experience, it is way more important to them to find someone who meshes well with their culture.
The in person interview was followed by complete silence for weeks, not even a thank you note for taking time out of work to show up. I thought that was weird since they were polite on the phone.
Overall it seems like a nice place though.

Have you ever had to push for a product that was difficult to monetize? How did you advocate for it?
Relatively simple and painless. They were predominantly looking to confirm that I understood what the business does, that I could support a fairly straightforward Agile environment. The scrum team wanted to confirm that I would stay aligned with executives and not drag them into unnecessary meetings so they could focus on execution.
