First there was a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. It was fairly basic, just introductions and a brief overview of the position and the company. If it goes well they invite you on campus,I interviewed on the phone early in the week and was on campus by the end of the week. For the on campus interview you first watch a video about the job and the company before they take you into a one on one interview. I found it to be a really good interview, they mostly wanted to know about my sales experience. They then do a mock sales call where a script is provided, i would absolutely recommend studying for this. Develop several lead ins and responses because the interviewers can be a bit tricky. Honestly though, it was a very easy process compared to other interviews I have had. If the interview goes well they are very quick to respond. I received a phone call early the following day with an offer.
