Exhaustive. There are at least 4 different interviews (recruiter, team, another team, cross-team/company, CEO was my process) and in my experience, all the interviews took place over the course of 5-6 weeks. One of the interviews was at least 5 hours. It included meeting with multiple people across the Red Ventures company as well as a skills demonstration portion. Feedback after interviewing was nominal as the recruiter said "it's not their standard practice to give feedback".
