The whole process was very well conducted and organized. It lasted 3 weeks with 4 stages.
HR was following up and giving feedbacks as well as always available to answer questions, truly reflecting Red Hat’s amazing culture.
The people in the panel was well prepared and the questions were focused on experience.

Ask me about the resume experience and projects. Using STAR to answer, some difficulty i faced and how i solve them. About the skills i used. How do i contributed to my team and what did i do in quantifying way.
The Interview process begins with a member of the Talent & Acquisition
Then followed by the Hiring Manger, once you get through to the next round, then this is a panel interview, which is made of 3/4 individual interviews.

Interview was for an intern position. Normal behavioral interview through video. Asked about things on the resume like experience and projects and STAR questions, how I could bring value to the company.
