Friendly an easy. Open atmosphere, warm people. you need to know about the company and technology though. 1st 1 hour with 2 people, next 30 min with 1 person. Obviously phone interview prior that.
Met a few people virtually followed by in person panel. Had to present based on a supplied customer brief, role playing as a salesperson with the panel acting as various customer personas.
