I got interviewed by the manage, as well as the team members. I find that to be most effective, so personalities can see if they mesh. I was asked random questions by the members, some personality, most a test of skill.

Ask me about the resume experience and projects. Using STAR to answer, some difficulty i faced and how i solve them. About the skills i used. How do i contributed to my team and what did i do in quantifying way.
The Interview process begins with a member of the Talent & Acquisition
Then followed by the Hiring Manger, once you get through to the next round, then this is a panel interview, which is made of 3/4 individual interviews.
