I’ll thought out. Lackadaisical questions. No clarity on when and where I was meeting with people. The interviewers didn’t even know the correct role I was interviewing for. I hope the customer experience is better than the interview experience. If not, my bet is not on RH.
Referred in by a former colleague. Interview process was very straightforward with an initial phone screen and then hiring manager interview. Very basic questions were asked and interviewers were friendly.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter to apply for the position. I interviewed with HR and then the hiring manager. Later, the recruiter informed me that I was not selected due to a lack of B2B marketing experience—despite having over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, which I found questionable.
It was a panel and then with my teams I work with. The prcoess was pretty smooth. The two ladies were ignorant did not even my resume with them and they were not even showing interest
